Business Development Manager | Aylesbury | £43K Basic £70k OTE | Hybrid | Full Time


Our client (Children's Charity) is looking for a Business Development Manager to join their team based in Aylesbury on a full-time permanent basis.


Do you have a background in education sales, consider yourself a strong communicator and would enjoy making a lasting different to thousands of young people's lives.

The role will be focused on delivering programs to the education and voluntary sectors that are designed to enable young people to discover their strengths and optimize their potential.

Maximizing high performing months and increase revenue throughout theyear.


Duties and Key Responsibilities

  • Increasing programme revenue
  • Achieving preagreed sales targets
  • Maximising highperformance months and increase revenue throughout the year
  • Work collaboratively with the marketing and programme teams
  • Follow up campaigns to qualify leads
  • Research market trends and strategic analysis
  • Targeting new relationships and growing existing to drive organic growth
  • Maintain CRM with a high degree of accuracy
  • Support events and meetings when required
  • Attending relevant training events in line with Performance Management appraisal

Personal Attributes

  • Excellent communication, influencing and selling skills
  • Good presentation skills, both in person and digitally
  • At least 2 years' experience working in and knowledge of the education sector
  • An understanding of current issues in education and how school operate
  • 2 years sales experience with proven track record in achieving targets
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers

Hours:
Full Time - Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm - Hybrid

Basic Salary:
£43K - £70k OTE (With Commission)
