He and his team share their client's visions and dreams, all madepossible by the technology they create for their clients, and they are good at it.

They did, like many others, experience pain during lock down. But boy have they bounced back.

So much so that this past year has been the best ever in their 12 years in terms of revenue, but more importantly, also in terms of client satisfaction and delivery,and as far as headcount is concerned, they are at their largest and still growing.

Which is partly why a Technical Lead is required, someone to guide & mentor their talented in-house development teams across the UK & India (currently 10 and growing), with an additional integrated offshore team based in Eastern Europe.

You will be happy to cut code on a daily basis, primary stack is Visual Studio, C# etc., on the back end complimented by a variety of cutting front end and mobile technologies, as well as designing solutions and system architecture.

You'd be a committed agile evangelist and strict follower of regular sprint delivery and daily stand-ups', able to motivate, mentor lead and grow the team, conducting code reviews and offering guidance when needed.

Finally, as you'd expect, be able to instillconfidence in those solutions being proposed to clients, so you will often be the technical face of the agency in front of clients.
