Description
This is a part time position, maximum 20 hours per week. Core working days would be Monday and Tuesday, with flexibility over Wednesday and Thursday.

This role requires an individual who is accurate and approachable.

Working with a close-knit team, your day-to-day activities will include processing payroll for 160+ employees, ensure all reporting and payment deadlines are met while liaising with HR and assisting with payroll queries.

Additionally, you will be accountable for your actions in ensuring pension processing is carried out accurately.

As our next Payroll Administrator, your integrity is crucial.

Your remit will be to support with the processing of all salaried and hourly employees in line with contractual and government legislation.

Maintaining customer focus, you will prioritize accuracy and timeliness in your work.

The Key Requirements...

  • GCSE Maths and English Level 4 and above
  • Minimum 1 year experience within payroll or finance
As a Payroll Administrator, you are results oriented and have a commitment to excellence in all we do. You would enjoy being a part of the full end to end payroll process.

You're not the type to shy away from organised and structured ways of working. In this role, you will process data accurately whilst having a keen eye for detail.
