Ortus Recruitment_ are excited to present the opportunity for an experienced
SEN Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant to join the team in a diverse primary school in Hayes, to support on a 1:1 basis with a child with additional needs.

This is an Ofsted rated _'Good'_ primary school located in Hayes - the area has good transport links, with Hayes & Harlington Station located in the town centre providing access to London Paddington and Heathrow Airport.

Hayes is a great place to work, offering a diverse range of amenities, attractions, and transport links.

You must have excellent interpersonal skills, a calm and patient manner, and the ability to work in a team. You will be working with the class teacher to support students with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties.

You will be responsible for providing an inspirational learning environment, monitoring behaviour and helping to build positive relationships between pupils and staff.

You will be responsible for supporting on a 1:1 basis with a child who has SEMH, implementing strategies to ensure barriers are being overcome and positive social, emotional and academic development is being enabled.
