Senior Underwriting Technician - 12 month FTC - (Could be 4 days a week)


My client, an international, market leading insurer, is looking to hire a Senior Underwriting Technician to join their team for a 12 month FTC.


Salary:
up to £40,000 + benefits


Location:
City of London

Hybrid: 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home


Duties:

Be responsible for generating all regular underwriting documentation

Maintain accurate data on all Underwriting Systems

Assist member/broker "service" visits and social functions as required

Manage file administration


You will be expected to:
Monitor and supervise workload within the section, ensuring efficient use of resources

Monitor team performance and compliance with policies and procedures

Manage work within the team and delegate work


This role will have international exposure and be perfect for someone who has a wealth of experience as a technician.

Marine experience would be preferred but isn't essential.
