Story so far
Since Sir Jim Ratcliffe announced Project Grenadier in 2017, our team at INEOS Automotive has grown rapidly. From a start-up to the scaled business we are now, we've hit some huge milestones along the way.

Despite some global challenges, we brought our first vehicle, the INEOS Grenadier, from a vision to prototype and to market in just five years.

And now, as the first customer deliveries of our INEOS Grenadier have begun, we look to the future with our first all-electric vehicle.

What you will be doing:

To create Purchasing Requisitions (PR) and Tooling Purchasing Requisitions (PR) in SAP.
Purchasing Catalogue administration.
To create and maintain a clear reporting structure on open and closed tasks.
Work closely with the Procurement team to enable increased process knowledge and relationship building.
Projects relating to Purchasing master data objects, clean up activities and data governance.
To maintain supplier data within SAP and SRM system, including set up of new partners.

What we are looking for:

Completed University Degree (preferred).
Experience working in a data driven environment like in Supply Chain or Procurement, preferably in automotive industry.
Affinity with (master) data and IT tools is preferred.
Strong capability with Microsoft Office including Excel, SharePoint and PowerPoint.
Previous SAP exposure is mandatory, if possible, on SAP MM (S4/Hana)
Strong organisational & prioritisation skills, selfmotivated, & able to work independently but also as part of a team.
Able to confidently demonstrate strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
Someone who is proactive & take on challenging projects in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
Excellent command of the English language written & spoken (German and/or other European languages are advantageous).
