WAS Studios is seeking a Production Assistant to join our well-established and award-winning production department within the We Are Social agency.

Our most recent work has seen us help Pepsi, Meta and Adidas deliver some of their biggest and most innovative campaigns to date, from breaking into the metaverse to smashing records on TikTok.

As well as creating for clients, we help educate the wider industry. Our Instagram publication The Feed tracks culture at the speed of social. 6,500 people registered or tuned into our events last year, and our reports garnered more than 20 million views.

The Opportunity
Do you want to work within a small but successful in-house production team?

Are you highly competent with key admin for shoots and productions but also want the opportunity to develop direct production skills?

Do you want to work in an engaged, supportive and highly-skilled team?

WAS Studios is seeking a Production Assistant to join our well-established and award-winning production department within the We Are Social agency.

The Production Assistant will provide team and project-based support across all aspects of production to deliver social film and photography content for our range of global industry leading brands (such as LEGO, Starbucks, McCain, Amazon Music, ADIDAS).

This a predominantly administrative role with the opportunity to develop production skills and experience within a dynamic and supportive creative environment.

Requirements:

What You'll Have Delivered Elsewhere

You will have successfully set up new suppliers with mínimal to no errors
You will have booked couriers / taxis for shoots within budgets and without delaying the shoot
You will set up purchase orders within a timely manner without having to be chased
You will have managed & maintained department documents accurately and will no errors
You will have personally managed & maintained sustainability & DE&I data that is accurate and abe to present and discuss this data with the wider team and business.

What Else Are We Looking For?

You will have successfully managed:

Call sheets & shoot documentation
Location agreements, release forms and contracts
Signage, printing & shoot supplies
Booking equipment & crew
Logistics & travel for cast & crew
Catering and craft services
Casting sessions & voiceover recordings
Post production within a production house or agency
