We have an exciting opportunity available for a Maternity Matron for Workforce as we continue to expand our team.

Working closely with our Head of Midwifery for Workforce and Operations and other key stakeholders, this post offers the opportunity to work clinically, operationally and strategically; building a sustainable workforce where staff feel supported to provide high quality care and valued as members of the maternity team.


The successful applicant will work within the service to implement proven evidence-based strategies to ensure that individuals feel valued and have the opportunity to develop in their career.
