The Impact you will have:


  • Authorising parts purchase orders periodically throughout the day to ensure orders are processed before supplier cut off times
  • Sending purchase orders to suppliers when required and obtain confirmation of receipt
  • Set up of new part number requests within agreed timescales
  • Manage parts supersessions and alternate parts within M3 system
  • Adjust pricing of parts in the system as and when required
  • Provide support for Service Centre to assist in closure of jobs, liaising with Van Stock Controllers to ensure appropriate actions are taken with inventory items
  • Confirm delivery and goods receipt direct to site parts deliveries communicating change of ETA to Parts Requisition Processor
  • Process tyre fitting and supply order receipting
  • Utilise LBI reports for data extracts for required Parts information
