Description
An international Law firm is looking for an Human Resources and Recruitment administrator to join their Birmingham City centre based team.
This role is perfect for someone who is interested in the processes and interactions between a law firm and it's clients.
Some of the responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:- Maintaining the firm's HR database
- Producing and proofreading documents and reports
- Preparing induction paperwork and managing the whole process
- Helping with the salary review process
- Ensuring all documentation is kept to the same standard throughout the firm
- Assisting the HR team with the majority of administrative tasks.
This is the ideal role for an HR graduate with office experience looking for the opportunity to get their foot in the door with and HR role.
