Rate of Pay:
£11.00 per hour
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the Head of Play with administrative responsibilities for Lilidorei at the Alnwick Garden.
- Create Weekly employee rotas
- Complete payroll / timesheets in a timely manner
- Monitor, code and handle invoices from various suppliers
- Answering phone calls and managing correspondence
- Organizing events and coordinating with internal departments
- Keep a running inventory of employee props, costumes, and other general needs
- Scheduling appointments and managing personal calendars
- Support new team members to learn procedures and standards for all general tasks
- Research, price compare, and handle purchase of various supplies
- To undertake any reasonable request by the Head of Play
Personal Specification_**- A solid understanding of Excel and Microsoft programs
- 23 years of experience in a similar work environment
- Self motivation
