£11.00 per hour


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Assist the Head of Play with administrative responsibilities for Lilidorei at the Alnwick Garden.
  • Create Weekly employee rotas
  • Complete payroll / timesheets in a timely manner
  • Monitor, code and handle invoices from various suppliers
  • Answering phone calls and managing correspondence
  • Organizing events and coordinating with internal departments
  • Keep a running inventory of employee props, costumes, and other general needs
  • Scheduling appointments and managing personal calendars
  • Support new team members to learn procedures and standards for all general tasks
  • Research, price compare, and handle purchase of various supplies
  • To undertake any reasonable request by the Head of Play

Personal Specification_**- A solid understanding of Excel and Microsoft programs

  • 23 years of experience in a similar work environment
