We are currently recruiting for a Service Coordinator to work as part of the Operational Administration team.
The main purpose of the role will be to support operational field team's, account teams and any other relevant department to deliver a high level of service to meet our customer needs and expectations.
As the Service Coordinator you will engage with recruitment partners to support the resourcing requirements of the Key Account Network field operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining and updating trackers to assist in the resourcing and onboarding of temporary placemakers
- To ensure escalation of any pending issues to ISS Management within the SLA agreement
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with internal and external customers
- Collating data and inputting information into relevant reporting system as required
- Creating and maintaining business reports and records of activity for resourcing statistics
- Supplier liaison for any agency queries
- To assist with the training of employees on resourcing procedures
- To correctly follow instructions for loading vacancies as per manager requests efficiently
- Ensuring all information necessary is stored in the system, up to date and accurate
- To contribute to regular business updates through conversations, meetings and supply of written reports
- Preparing documents to send to internal teams and/or external customers
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
- Experienced in adhering to customer and business KPIs and SLAs
- Demonstrates the ability to monitor and respond to short term work volume variations and ensure team functions are covered to meet the demand
- Ability to work on their own initiative in liaison with line manager/ supervisor
- Good communication skills
- Experience of reporting and communicating data to both clients and other team members
- Demonstrates a proactive approach to delivering excellent customer service, able to think and react to changes in the field
- Analytical and methodical in approach
