Regional HR Manager

Location:
Eccles - Hybrid Working

£48,000 - £50,000


I am exciting to be working on behalf of a growing organisation in the Healthcare sector who are looking for Regional HR Manager to join their team.

You will be working proactively with HR operations Mgr, and other teams in the HR Department to agree consistent processes and provide the business with seamless HR support and advice from initial query through to conclusion as well as:

  • Provide specialist advice and guidance on any people and ER issues.
  • Be able to adapt quickly and positively to new demands, which in return provide you with continual learning and development experiences gained from a diverse and interesting workload.
  • You will have strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to advise, guide and influence at varying levels within the business, whilst assessing and advising on any commercial risks.
  • You will be resilient and have the ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • You will be a confident communicator, using your initiative to respond independently to problems and unexpected situations when supporting our services.


You will ideally be CIPD qualified Level 5 or Level 7, with extensive on the job-related experience at a senior level.

Having previous experience of working within the healthcare sector is advantageous.
