Interim R2R Process Lead

Start ASAP

Initial 9-month Project

Hybrid Working - London

£ per day (Outside IR35)


As an R2R Process Lead Consultant, you will be responsible for improving global Record to Report processes and leading a project to build an in-house R2R team in India that is currently outsourced.


Responsibilities for the r2r process lead include:

  • Lead the project to bring R2R processes in-house in India, currently outsourced to third-party vendors.
  • Assess current R2R processes across global locations and identify areas for improvement to optimize efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Develop and implement standardized R2R processes, policies, and procedures across the organization to ensure consistent and best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across different functions and regions to gather requirements, provide solutions, and implement process improvements.
  • Provide expertise in R2R domain, including financial reporting, consolidation, general ledger, intercompany, fixed assets, and other related areas.
  • Build the inhouse R2R team in India, providing training and guidance.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of R2R process improvement initiatives, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular updates to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Strong background in R2R processes and project management.
  • Solid understanding of R2R concepts, principles, and best practices, with experience in designing and implementing process improvements and designing inhouse SSC functions
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, consolidation, and general ledger processes.
  • Experience working in a global, multilocation environment, and ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical, problemsolving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team, and work independently with mínimal supervision.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed
