Salary up to £25,000.
My client, a manufacturing company based in Brighouse are recruiting an experienced administrator to join their business.
The role is varied so you need to be well organised, be willing to learn and have a can do attitude.
Duties will include- Assisting all department when required
- Glass control
- Purchase orders
- Deliveries/transport
- Any other works required by the company
- Using Statii to keep track of all projects and ensuring that all site hours are logged to the correct projects
- Ensuring proof of delivery notes are logged on to Statii
- Checking acknowledgements and updating statii when required
- Creating works order numbers on Statii and monitoring remedial works order numbers
- Monitor RAM tracking, ensuring that all installation staff clocking hours correctly
- Producing installation hours for wages (on a weekly basis)
- Monitoring glass deliveries to and from sites/Arkoni. Utilising the glass planner
- Internal deliveries/Subcontract deliveries between sites
- Liaise with the delivery driver regarding delivery of goods in and out of the contract support centre
- Vehicle MOTS and servicing records are kept in date, logged and ensuring that hire vehicles are booked when required
- Ensuring vehicle check sheets are complete and logged for all departments

- Ensure all materials brought back from site are stored correctly in the required location and correctly labelled
- Booking hotels and accommodation for all departments (inline with the budget where possible)
- Purchase orders
- Monitoring the approved suppliers lists
- Creating job packs for installation teams
- Deal with customers and provide excellent customer service. Represent the company to a high standard at all times
