An East Midlands Local Authority are looking for a Team Manager to join their Child Protection Team

The role brings Hybrid Working opportunities

Responsibilities of the role:

To lead, manage and motivate experienced staff and newly qualified social workers
To ensure that all children's outcomes are improved and that they are safeguarded effectively, demonstrating your expert practice in complex situations when making decisions and managing higher levels of risk
To build effective working relationships, demonstrate strong analytical skills, supervise and appraise your team
To ensure all team members have the relevant skills and knowledge to work effectively and efficiently and a robust understanding of the care proceedings process.

Requirements of the role:

Must have a social work qualification,
Must be Social Work England Registered.
Must have management experience.
