As the fastest home broadband provider in the UK, we are delighted to be expanding our customer service department through opening a new site in Teesside Not only is the broadband fast, the growth of the team and customer base is equally speedy


Having launched in 2019 we now have nearly 200 employees and have exciting plans to further expand our network and customer base in 2023 and beyond.

To help us do this we need an experienced call centre manager to join us on our journey and build a greatteam in Teeside.

  • Partnering with a local community radio station, providing free tech support
  • Providing free connections to local community buildings including churches, synagogues, and mosques
  • Aiding the homeless by providing food and volunteering our time to work in a soup kitchen
  • Sponsoring an event and fund raising to provide equipment for specialist children's hospitals
  • Sponsoring Southampton's bid to be UK City of Culture in 2025, which will help deprived areas across the region
  • Providing technical support and equipment such as tablets to a children's football event, saving them £1,000
What's in it for you?

  • Salary up to £55,000 per annum
  • 40 hour working week
  • 25 days plus BH
  • 10% bonus based on company performance, paid annually

What are we looking for?


A progressive-thinking call centre manager to run our new flagship office in Middlesbrough, which will include growing a large team from the ground up.

No scripted calls or unrealistic KPIsIt's all about the customer experience and ensuring our customers are supported, happy, and gaining full use of the amazing broadband speed available to them.

With support from Andy the Operations & IT Director and Simon your direct line manager who owns the end-to-end customer experience, you'll lead the way for us to build and replicate what we already have in the south, "up north" - which will include buildingrelationships with the local councils, business forums and educational establishments.
