Payroll Advisor (Maternity Cover) based at Epworth House, Derby
Fixed Term - Full Time - 37 hours per week.
This is a fixed term position covering maternity leave for up to 12 months.
What we are looking for:
We are looking for a Payroller who has 3-5 years proven payroll experience processing all elements of pay on an in-house Payroll.
Who demonstrates experience and ability of working on large complex Payrolls.
You will be able to investigate, resolve and provide specialist and technical advice relating to pay issues.
Manage multiple tasks and work to month end deadlines.
Team player with excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
About the role
Process all Payroll data associated with the end to end employee lifecycle in accordance with the MHA process, policy and compliance in a timely and accurate manner covering three monthly Payrolls.
Including checking imported data from MHA's Time and Attendancesystem along with complex checks on all absence deductions to ensure pay is correct.
About you
You will be an experienced operational / transactional experience processing all elements of pay on an in house Payroll, You will have experience of using multiple systems (Payroll and Time and Attendance).
Managing multiple tasks and work to month end deadlines.
You will be Team player with excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
