A major, legal 500 law firm are searching for an experienced Corporate Finance Lawyer to join their busy and diverse team in Edinburgh or Glasgow.

The Team

The Corporate Finance team is one of the highest profile in Scotland, working with leading domestic and international companies, investment banks, fund managers and private equity houses on major transactions throughout the UK and beyond.

Skills needed, but not limited to:

A 4+ PQE solicitor with direct Corporate Finance transactional experience
Able to demonstrate appropriate range of legal knowledge and can identify issues outside of their expertise and seek appropriate assistance
Able to produce a solution best addressing the clients requirements, with guidance
Able to develop an understanding of client care issues
Able to make effective use of the firms information management systems, and comply with all legal and regulatory requirements
