Sionic is currently seeking a Fundamental Review of the Trading Book SME to join its team on a permanent basis within our Banking & Markets practice in London.

The opportunity:

*You will:

Drive business analysis and root cause analysis of highprofile bankwide processes.
Have good stakeholder management skills, with experience operating with individuals from across multiple business lines simultaneously
Manage production of thematic recommendations and formulate proposals to take forward to senior program stakeholders.
Be a strong communicator, who can deliver key messages with impact.
Have degree level qualifications or equivalent preferably with further academic success. Leverage expertise and best practices to guide your team in developing highquality solutions

Your experience:

Essential:

Great knowledge of the regulatory landscape particularly relating to the Fundamental Review of the Trading Book or previous experience in a Regulatory Capital policy function.
Be a Subject matter expert on designing and implementing Target Operating Models within Banks.
Have experience in defining functional requirements in relation to a TOM.
Some knowledge on reg compliance, modelling choices and optimisation in relation to FRTB
To have experience in defining quality assurance criteria
Be confident enough to facilitate design specifications
