An expanding Commercial Property Consultancy with offices throughout the South East are seeking a client-facing Building Surveyor to join their close-knit team in Central London.


The successful Building Surveyor will carry out the full remit of Building Surveying competencies, you'll be covering everything from running projects and contract administration, through to dilapidations, condition surveys and defect diagnosis.

As the new Building Surveyor, you will work on predominantly commercial sector properties, alongside investors, occupiers and developers.

You'll join a supportive and social team of 12 other Surveyors, full APC support and training can be offered also.


The Successful Building Surveyor

  • BSc or MSc in Building Surveying
  • 2+ years industry experience
  • 18 months APC
  • Seeking a balanced Professional & Project role
  • Committed to career progression and gaining MRICS accreditation
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Supportive and collaborative attitude
  • Works well within a team
  • Strong core BS services understanding
