To support the development of the JIFMAR Group, we are looking for a Marine Operations Superintendent.
Your main missions will be:
- Ensure client satisfaction and deliver vessel services in line with the contract
- Coordinate the preparation of the vessel for contract delivery
- Supervise the operations (operations, maintenance and logistics)
- Provide coordination and advice in the event of technical problems
- Liaise with Crewing Manager to define Vessel Crewing needs
- Liaise with QHSE to ensure compliance with QSMS (Quality and Safety Manager System) in place
- Ensure audits preparation for the assigned fleet, support during the audit and take corrective actions if needed
- Assist the sales department
- Control the vessel's operating budget
- Act as a link between project management and the operational crew
2/ Profile needed_
Education and knowledge:
- Vocational technical training with relevant experience or a bachelor's degree in applied sciences civil, marine or mechanical engineering
- BOSIET
- Knowledge of international Oil and Gas standards
- Health and Safety leadership certificate
- Good level of English
- Microsoft Office package (word, excel)
- Autocad basics
Experiences:
At least five years' work experience in hydraulic engineering, marine construction or offshore
Qualities:
strong communication skills, autonomy, creativity, flexibility, capacity to lead
Mobility :
Willingness to travel often
