Our client is a UK based SME Professional Services recruitment company based in London with an additional office in the North West of England.

They have a great reputation within Financial Services and Professional services companies to deliver Technologyand Change Management Professional that help them drive and change their business.

With decades' of experience, passionate about quality and customer service, they now have a very strong foothold into many great companies in the UK coupled with a great reputation of finding talent that others struggle to source.

They are currently looking to recruit a Contracts and Compliance Manager to take responsibility for but not limited to.

Looking after Contract creation and maintenece
Onboarding new contractors and ensure they are compliant for starting work
Background checks
Responsible for the compliance of Contracts between workers, clients and company
Deal with changes to contracts and any queries that arise

- stay uptodate with changes in regulations and law that will effect business
- provide training to sales teams on compliance

Liaising with the client to achieve contract extensions/rate increases

You will have a proven background in working within a Recruitment Business and responsible for Contracts and Compliance, looking to join a growing business where you will add value across Finance and the Sales teams.

Management of staff would be an advantage as you will initially look after 1 member of staff and this could increase.

You will have excellent communication skills and have a positive, focussed outlook.
