- Hybrid working**We have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and customer focused individual to join my clients Complaints team as a Complaints Handler.
We are currently looking for a Complaints Handler to investigate and respond to customer complaints, ensuring an exceptional customer journey.
The Complaints Handler will also review and monitor complaint volumes, identify trends and causes to try and preventfuture complaints and improve our customers experience.
What you will be doing as a Customer Complaints Handler:
- We need someone who can take ownership of complaints, fully investigate and resolve them in a timely manner in accordance with our complaints policy
- Providing the highest standard of customer service adhering to our principles and working to FCA guidelines
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to action appropriate resolutions where possible
- Prepare and deliver complaints training to internal stakeholder
- Review causes of complaints and provide analysis of trends
- Identifying and highlighting opportunities to reduce complaint volumes
- Review and prepare files for consideration by the Financial Ombudsman Service
- Ensure complaints are recorded accurately and promptly on the Complaints log
- Develop strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
Ideal Customer Complaints Handler:
- Experience of complaint / dispute handling
- Experience in mortgage lending / servicing
- Experience undertaking end to end account reviews / investigations
- Experience of working in a team
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Adaptable & Flexible
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
