Technical Support Administrator

Location - Sandwich, Kent

Salary - £11.95 to £13.25 per hour

Benefits - Hybrid working, after completing training

Do you have experience working in a GMP-regulated environment?

We have a fantastic opportunity in Sandwich for a Technical Support Administrator to work for one of our clients. In this role you will be working full-time on initially a 12-month contract.


Responsibilities

  • Administration of electronic and hard copy records (eg current paper calibration certificate)
  • Publishing reports and metrics
  • Preparing monthly presentations
  • Updating department communications
  • Booking travel, meetings, and preparing expenses
  • Inbox management
  • System housekeeping (EAMS/GDMS/SharePoint)
  • Raising work requests as required
  • Uploading of documentation using both SharePoint and GDMS
  • Raising of Purchase Orders, financial reconciliation/invoice, and payment queries
  • Chasing vendor reports and completing work orders as required
  • Booking of visitors and sending notifications to vendors
  • Other duties as deemed reasonable

Skills and Experience

  • Sound knowledge of database and document management
  • GMP Regulatory Awareness
  • Team player with the ability to work on own initiative
  • Able to undertake data inputting activities rapidly with a high degree of accuracy
