As Customer Service Specialist, you will be processing returns and sales orders, as well as, providing quotes and information on my client's products.

An international Commercial lighting company based in Rubery which is rapidly expanding.

Description
As Customer Service Specialist based in Rubery, you will be responsible for the following:

Processing returns and sales orders
Providing information on my clients electrical products as well as quotations
Inputting data paying attention to detail
Build rapport with clients to ensure repeat business and 5* customer servic

Profile

Proven experience within Customer Service & Administration
Be able to use their own initiative
Be proficient in Microsoft Office and have experience of using database systems
Confident speaking with customers over the phone
Have clear and professional communication skills both written and verbal

Job Offer
As Customer Service Specialist based in Rubery, you will be entitled to the following benefits:

£26,000 per annum

Office based Monday

Friday work (40 hours per week)
