Community Support Worker Part Time 20 hours Per Week (driver preferred)

£9.80 per hour

Real Life Options are looking for support workers to work with people people in Chester-le-Street and surrounding areas


As a support worker you will support people and will encourage them to get involved in fun, leisure and learning activities, and also attend social activities such as cinema, bowling, trampoline parks, sensory rooms, visits to local farms and much more.

Experience working with children and young people with behaviours of concern will be a strong advantage for this role. This post will cover evenings, weekends and school holidays and requires drivers who can use their own vehicles.


Drivers to have their own vehicle and have business insurance cover on their policy is necessary for this role, Mileage will be paid at 45p per mile.

Previous experience is desirable for this position although full training will be provided.

A Child & Adult Enhanced DBS is required for this role.
