**Business Transformation Manager
Elstree / Watford
£75,000 - £85,000****Job Description


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement an innovative business transformation roadmap to ensure efficient and effective business operations
  • Execute business transformation strategies in line with the company's goals and objectives
  • Work with senior stakeholders to analyse customer data and business performance to identify areas of potential growth
  • Develop and implement a customercentric approach to enhance customer experience
  • Lead customerfacing initiatives such as customer satisfaction surveys and customer feedback loops
  • Assist in the development of detailed project plans and timelines for each business transformation initiative
  • Oversee daytoday operations and ensure that any changes to the business are executed in a timely manner

Skills and Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience in customerfacing initiatives
  • Understanding of the FMCG industry and customer needs
  • Knowledge of project management tools and processes
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
