Description
TUI Airline Training (TAT) is a team within the TUI Group focusing on airline training activities.

Reporting to the Training Support Manager, the ATO Administrator will provide administrative support to the TAT ATO and associated training activities.

TAT have an EASA and UK approved ATO, the ATO Administrator will work across both approvals.

The role will include information collection from various sources, providing communications to students and instructors, monitoring, and tracking of training progress, collation of documents for submission to National Aviation Authorities and/or internal stakeholders.

This is a fast-paced role for someone who can multitask whilst remaining calm and organised.

Tasks will vary from day to day and you will need to be able to managed your own time to deliver to multiple deadlines.

Previous experience working with a CAA or within an Airline/Flight Crew training environment would be advantageous but not essential.


As the TAT ATO Administrator you will be working with the TAT management team to provide timely and accurate information, record details to ensure compliance and regulatory needs as well as creating efficiencies and improvements where possible.

The ATO Administrator is an interesting and engaging role working will all members of the team, enabling a broad knowledge and experience to be gained of the training operations.

We are happy to consider a hybrid working model for this role in line with local office requirements.

ABOUT THE JOB:


  • Ensuring the training administrative process and procedures required for the efficient running of TAT are run efficiently
  • Ensure documented processes for TAT training are written and maintained
  • Support and manage the process that maintains Health and Safety compliance documentation for any facility used by TAT
  • Support the TAT training management team enabling then to deliver training effectively
  • Support the provision & distribution of electronic and other training material to pilots and cabin crew trainers via local IT systems
  • Manage the administration requirements for TAT ATO aircrew training courses, including onboarding and licencing
  • Ensure collation of training documents and trainee documents as required by ATO Management Team
  • Create reports on training progress and details for presentations and distribution

ABOUT YOU:


  • An experienced administrator with great people skills
  • An excellent team player who will be able to multitask and prioritise accordingly
  • Organised and resilient with the ability to work within a matrix management structure
  • Excellent communicator, written and verbal with attention to detail
  • IT literate with good skills in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of products
  • Selfmotivated, resilient, and resourceful with the ability to be innovate and work collaboratively
  • A logical thinker with the ability to generate ideas and alternatives
  • Experience working with a CAA or equivalent or within Airline/Flight Crew Training would be advantageous
