Grafton Banks Finance are delighted to be assisting a well-established, Brighton based client who are looking for a Finance Systems Assistant.

Reporting into the Finance Systems Manager, this role will be covering all systems related queries and issues, as well as


Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing systems training as/when needed
  • Assisting with tasks to support monthly reporting and forecasting cycles
  • Assist with continuous improvement across the systems across the business
  • Ad hoc projects and support across the department

Desired experience:

  • Excellent systems skills
  • Experience managing a ticketing system or mailbox
  • Be locally based and able to go into offices 12 days per week
  • Project support or systems analysis experience
