Description
Workplace IT provide IT Services to many of the UK's large Social Care Providers.


Following continued growth and internal promotion we are seeking an additional IT Service Administrator / Coordinator based from our King's Lynn office.


The Role
Monitor and Manage all support and provisioning tickets
Allocate and monitor support tickets to engineers within SLA (Service Level Agreement)
Schedule IT projects in the engineers diaries and confirm with the client
Ensure information in our client management system is always up to date
Provide weekly and monthly reporting
Work closely and in conjunction with the Senior Service Coordinator and SDM.


About You
We are looking for someone with exceptional organisational capabilities
You will need to have a very keen eye for detail and can spot logístical problems
Whilst not essential you should have a good understanding of UK Geography
You will be happy working in an environment where needs change by the minute
You should have excellent Microsoft Office Skills (Outlook, Excel and Word)


Renumeration and Benefits:

Basic Salary £20,000 to £30,000 (DOE)
25 x Days Holiday plus UK Bank Holidays (Total 33 x Days Holiday)

Working Pattern:

9:00am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday
Office Based (5 x Days Per Week) or Hybrid (3 x Days Office / 2 x Days Home)


Salary:
£20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
