This role would suit anyone who is tech savvy and has strong experience within customer service. We are interested in hearing from anyone with retail, hospitality and other customer facing roles.


As a Customer Success Expert, you will be pivotal in delivering an awesome product and service experience for our customers using our online suite of products for our customers and the business.


Job Summary:


Key Details

This is an Italian and English speaking role - Must be fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)

Salary:
£11.50 per hour - weekly pay.


Schedule: 37.5 per week - Monday - Friday


Contract length: 37.5 hrs p/w - Permanent


Training:
Training onsite - 4 weeks, Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm


Production:
Working on site for 6 to 8 weeks after training and then work from home.


Expected start date: 10/04/2023
