An exciting opportunity has arisen within wards 12/14/18 at GRI for a permanent Band 6 Charge Nurse. This is one team that work over three wards in a busy acute setting.

The role will be as follows:

  • that in the absence of SCN the Charge Nurse leads, manages, develops and has responsibility for the nursing team in order to deliver a high standard of care with the appropriate skills, using available resources effectively.
- you should have robust clinical skills and knowledge and a commitment to life-long learning/teaching and an enthusiastic and innovative approach to service development.

Evidence of professional development is essential with experience of similar roles highly desirable.
