TMC Construction (SE) Ltd is a small business in Warnham. We are professional, customer-centric and challenging.

TMC are looking for a Multi-Trader / Carpenter to assist on projects, with responsibility for day to day progress, whilst reporting directly to the Projects Manager who will oversee your projects and support in providing appropriate resources and materials as and when required.

You could be a Multi Skilled Technician, confident in all aspects of carpentry and joinery and on-site construction, able to work accurately and safely to plans.

You will take real pride in the quality of your work, still maintain the energy and enthusiasm to work at a fast pace to ensure works are completed on time, to the required standards.

You will have experience of working on refurbishment / new build / restoration projects within the building/ construction industry, the most important attributes are your all-round building skills.

Essential Requirements

• Selfmotivated, enthusiastic and flexible.
• Owning essential tools to carry out a variety of work.
• Full clean driving license.
• Eligible to work in the UK.
• Proven experience as a Multi-Trader.
• Manual dexterity and problemsolving skills.
• Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime.

Beneficial Requirements

• NVQ Level 2 or above in Carpentry.
• City & Guilds/ timeserved.
• Asbestos Awareness (desirable).
• Knowledge of trade specific processes and methods.
• Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices.
• First Aid and Health and Safety Qualifications.

Benefits:

Monday - Friday 07:30 - 16:30, overtime & weekends available.
Must have uk driving licennce, transport & must have own tools.
Company branded work wear will be provided.
Full PPE provided.


Salary:
£14.95-£23.84 per hour


Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus scheme
• Commission pay
• Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Warnham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Carpentry: 1 year (preferred)
