Business Development and Marketing Executive - Hybrid
Winchester

£25,000 - £30,000 plus bonus scheme

1-1 Recruitment have an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly growing and forward thinking company specialising in software development, as a Business Development and Marketing Executive.

As a Business Development & Marketing Executive you will be responsible for finding potential clients for the company and working with existing clients.

The hours are Monday to Friday, 7.5 hours per day within 8 am to 6 pm. The role is hybrid with 2 days a week working from home on average.

Day to day responsibilities:

Meeting and exceeding sales targets and objectives
Generating and qualifying new leads
Developing and maintaining existing customer relationships
Working with the Marketing function on social media posts, case studies and press releases
Engage current clients to expand awareness, educate, ask for referrals, identify new opportunities and develop account intelligence
Work closely with other teams to develop account intelligence, relationship maps and use case opportunities through direct account engagement
Negotiating contracts

Person specification:

Degree level or with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a business development or sales role
Proven business development success through effective use of core sales tools
Capability of understanding customer pain points, requirements and correlating potential business to the value that can be provided
Strong and professional communication skills written, verbal, and presentation
Drive, Grit,
