Pensions Administrator

Permanent, Full-time

Portsmouth

£22,000 - £26,000

We are currently recruiting for a Pensions Administrator to join our ever growing client based in Portsmouth.

You will hold proven administrative experience, ideally within pensions or financial service and enjoy working within a fast paced environment.


Your responsibilities would include:

  • Setting up member records and issuing information
  • Using payroll systems to monitor ongoing cases and for payment of benefits
  • Death benefit calculations
  • Contribution benefits
  • Annual and monthly reporting
  • Liaising with pension providers and financial advisers.
  • Working within a team and assisting other team members
  • Supporting ad hoc projects

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Have previous administrative experience and working in a fast paced office
  • Have SIPP/Pensions experience (desirable)
  • Be a team player
  • Hold good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Be able to work efficiently whilst under pressure
  • Be competent with MS Office
