Leadership L1- L16 £61,882- £68,400

We are seeking a SENCo to develop and run our Inclusion departments, this is an exciting and crucial role supporting students regardless of background to achieve their fullest in our school communities.
We are seeking someone who:
- Will be responsible for cultivating an inclusive learning environment throughout SBU
- Will lead on the strategic direction and development of the schools offer for SEND students
- Has a genuine passion and a belief in the potential of every student
- Has a deep commitment to the Trust's aim of providing an excellent education to every student, regardless of background
- Has high standards for themselves and the staff and students in their care
