Description
We are looking for 2 Building Surveyors to join our Clients team on a temporary basis, initially for a 3 month period.
The Organisation are a well established Social Housing providers with properties across the Hampshire and Berkshire regions.Typical work load includes
- Property inspections and report writing
- Specifying works
- Contractor management
- Management of in house teams
- Complaint management
- Signing off completed works
£220 - £250 per day on a PAYE basis
£290 - £330 per day via Umbrella
