Description

Cado Security is looking for a dynamic and motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our team.

Reporting to the CMO, this marketing coordinator will be responsible for assisting the marketing team in all inbound and outbound lead generation efforts, event coordinator, campaign and product launches, and maintaining the corporate social media channels.

Responsibilities

Event coordination

• Plan, promote, and execute on our event strategy, including driving qualified leads, logístical support, and postevent follow up

Field marketing

• Work closely with regional sales directors to build and execute gotomarket strategies that help them achieve their goals

Swag management

• Maintain our swag inventory and ensure that orders stay within budget and arrive on time to necessary events

Budget management:

• Work with finance on a monthly basis to reconcile the budget and make sure the marketing team stays within allotted budget

Social media - Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation

Maintain agency relationship - Collaborate with external marketing agencies to develop and execute compelling marketing campaigns and strategies


Requirements:

• Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM software to manage leads, track marketing campaigns, and measure performance metrics Strong and professional communication skills

• Aptitude to manage numerous requests and time demands concurrently
• Results driven and goal oriented
• Inspiration to grow and bring new ideas to the company and teams
• Experience in cybersecurity not required, but preferred
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions
• Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and staying abreast of industry trends
