    **Investment Risk Manager Role**

    We are seeking an Investment Risk Manager to join our dynamic team in London. This role involves interacting with senior stakeholders, providing opinions and challenges to enhance the firm's value and safeguard client assets.

    The successful candidate will provide and monitor risk information in a timely manner, ensuring data accuracy and reliability. They will also contribute to the development of global analytics systems used across the firm.

    • Key responsibilities include analyzing risks related to portfolios, new mandates, and key exposures; escalating monitoring breaches; and improving data quality and modelling approaches within analytics systems.
    • Ongoing tasks involve tracking regular client reporting requests, meeting with clients on risk matters, reviewing proposed pricing and risk modelling changes, and testing risk analytics systems.

    **Requirements**

    • A minimum of relevant experience in a risk role within insurance, investment banking, or asset management is necessary, with exposure to liability driven investing being desirable but not essential.
    • Strong mathematical knowledge obtained through an undergraduate degree (or higher) in a STEM subject or Economics is required.
    • A working understanding of financial markets and product modelling, particularly Fixed Income instruments, is essential.
