SERVICE ADVISOR - YEOMANS NISSAN WORTHING.

We are currently looking for a highly motivated Service Advisor to join our growing team at Yeomans Nissan Worthing.

If you enjoy engaging with customers in a helpful, friendly and positive manner, and have previous experience in a similar role, this could be the perfect position for youThis customer focused role requires exceptional communication skills with the ability to follow procedures and instructions in a busy working environment. With a key element of the position focused around telephone call handling, previous experience in telephone communications, as well as skills in IT literacy are essential.

Key responsibilities Include:

Making and receiving calls, to and from our customers whose vehicles require maintenance attention
Converting these contacts into workshop bookings
Appropriately up selling related products and service as applicable
