McGregor Boyall are currently recruiting for a Service and Reporting Business Manager for our banking client based in Glasgow.

This is a six month contract position.

The overall purpose of the role is to facilitate the delivery of high quality data insights, utilising a range of business intelligence utilities and analytics capabilities.

Key responsibilities will include:

Overseeng two managed service providers (overseeing SLA's, performance, dealing with escalations relating to the team, supporting queries,etc)
Accounts payable (generic escalations and processes related to that)
Reporting (evolving and building out the structure in terms of reporting and as such you should be proficient in PowerPoint, pivot tables, bar charts, tableau, etc.

This role offers hybrid working with you being in the office 2 days per week.
