Trainee Nursery Assistant" opportunity to be able to work within a nursery setting, L2, L3 or L5 qualification full training and support given.

Salary:
£14,994 - £20,920 per annum (Depending on experience/age)

Days and Hours:38.5 hours per week / 4 or 5 Days per week

Nursery Assistant Trainee Desirable Attributes:


  • Some
    previous childcare experience
  • Knowledge of the EYFS
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be able to provide current/recent references.
  • Must be local to
    Molesey, Surrey, KT8

Nursery Assistant Responsibilities will include:


  • To provide a safe, caring, stimulating educational environment, both indoors and outdoors, always.
  • To deliver an appropriate play based Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum that enables children to make individual progress.
  • To help ensure the nursery always meets Ofsted requirements.
  • To understand and work to nursery policies and procedures
  • To plan activities which ensure each child is working towards the early learning outcomes.
  • Liaise closely with parents/carers, informing them about the nursery and its curriculum, exchanging information about children's progress and encouraging parents' involvement.
  • To work in partnership with senior management
  • To undertake any other reasonable duties as directed, in accordance with the nursery aims and objectives
  • To undertake a qualification in early years
