CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR

CONGLETON

£21, 000PA + BONUS £30, 000PA
MON TO FRI 9AM - 5.30PM

IDEALLY OWN TRANSPORT DUE TO LOCATION

Our client provides a valuable service to Car Dealerships assisting them with building reputable reputations and driving footfall onto their forecourts.

Due to an increase in business they are now keen to expand their team. You will need to be proactive and have experience within a telephone based role.

Managing own workload
Making and answering a mix of inbound and outbound calls to both clients and their customers
Providing high levels of customer service
Handling multiple client accounts
Carrying out service reviews with customers gathering as much information as possible
Creating written reviews based upon customer experiences and feedback
Handling negative feedback with empathy
Composing, proof reading and publishing customer reviews across various digital platforms adhering to GDPR
Ensuring a smooth customer journey

REQUIRED

Please note this is an office based role so you will need to live within a sensible commuting distance from Congleton
If you live outside Congleton you will need your own transport due to the rural office location
You will need to be eligible to work in the UK
Previous experience in a telephone based role is essential
