The Salisbury Hotel - MORNING SHIFTS ONLY 7am - 11am

18 bedroom boutique hotel
We are looking for part time breakfast and front of house staff for our 4* 18 bedroom hotel in Newington Edinburgh.

Must be well presented, speak fluent English with a good grasp of the hospitality industry and customer service
- minimum 1 years experience in hospitality would be preferred

Duties will include:

Setting up Buffet Breakfast and Guest tables taking table orders:

Welcoming Guests, serving breakfast tea and coffee
Clearing breakfast tables, setting new tables
Taking breakfast orders
Cleaning down our restaurant and restocking breakfast items
Serving a continental or cooked breakfast
Managing Breakfast stock and fridges and freezers
In the Receptionist absence, opening the reception desk, putting lights on, and taking guest key card from guests, instructing where to leave luggage
