Justteachers are recruiting for a passionate and experienced
High Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to support children within one of our schools based in
Shipley.

They are looking for someone to support them throughout the school.


They are looking for someone to support the class teacher and plan, prepare and deliver learning activities to the whole class or groups of students.


  • Have a passion for working and supporting children.
  • Be able to create an exciting and vibrant learning environment with the skills to inspire and motivate pupils to achieve high expectations in learning and behaviour.
  • Be an ambitious and creative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Be flexible and willing to work with any age/ability throughout school in a calm, confident and patient manner.
  • Have achieved HLTA status/equivalent qualification or QTS with excellent literacy, maths and IT skills.
  • Promote the school's vision and ethos.
