Description

Keystream is looking to recruit two experienced IT Support Technicians for field IT work around North Wales for an NHS partner of ours.

We are looking for self-motivated, driven and autonomous Engineers for this 6 month contract based out of Mold. Ideally you'll have had some experience working with the NHS, but this is not required.

You will be assisting team members to devise solutions for complex issues within GP Clinical Systems (Cegedim Vision, EMIS Web, TPP SystmOne) and GP Managed Print Services (Hewlett Packard).

You will also be required to attend GP Practices throughout NHS Wales.

Essential:
ITIL Foundation Certificate or demonstrable equivalent experience

Knowledge of:

MS Active Directory
MS Windows Server
MS Exchange
