Description

We are looking to recruit a Clinical Educator (paediatrics ) who is a Registered Nurse, Physician Associate or equivalent who has an interest in teaching.

They will be an educational lead for the Newcastle University MBBS child health programme for year 3 and year 5 medical students.

They will work in partnership with the Clinical Lead to plan, organise and deliver the rotation programmes.

The clinical educator will use high level teaching to deliver teaching and training sessions using a wide variety of methods.

This role also includes the support of learners and less experienced educators while ensuring patient safety and working collaboratively with the wider clinical/AHP's and teaching teams to ensure a postive learning experience.
