We currently have opportunities for Day Care Assistants at The Partnership in Care, Sherrington House Residential Home, Ipswich.


The Partnership In Care Ltd is looking for a compassionate, reliable, and hardworking individual to join our team as an Care Assistant.

This position is responsible for assisting with the care of our residents and assisting with their daily needs.

What do we offer?


A chance to work in our one of our homes from home and support our residents to live as they choose.


A joining bonus of £200 with a further £200 for any applicant who stay with the company for four months.


We are also working with SCC Kick Start for Care and anyone who has not worked in care for the last 2 years could be entitled to a £750 joining bonus on week 12 of employment.


A refer a friend scheme where existing employees and new starters each receive a bonus of £200 after three months of working with the company.

Then a further bonus of £100 after six months of employment with TPIC.

Shift patterns are as Follows : 7am-2pm, 2pm-9pm and 9pm-7am

We have full time carer vacancies.
