Job Description Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Review planned maintenance activity and prioritises resulting workload. Action findings from contractor and internal maintenance and insurance inspections.
Control and utilise contractor manpower to enable expedient, resolution of all planned maintenance activities.
Ensure all records are maintained effectively.
Manage all aspects of contractor site attendance and workscope
Track and implement required post PM remedial actions
In conjunction with the Maintenance Parts Controller, ensure fastest response time from suppliers and contractors.
Liaise with Maintenance Coordinator to enable an organised response to maintenance activities.
Ensure parts required for pre & post PM workscopes are identified and onsite prior to attendance
Liaise with production Gate-Owners and other managers to ensure adequate, consistent lines of communication.
Utilise Caledonian purchase order system.
